It’s built on a thoughtfully layered mix of beans from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo varietals provide depth and cocoa body. Colombian Caturra and Castillo add clarity and balance. Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica lend a sweet, structured base, while Ethiopian heirloom varietals add vibrant floral notes to the finish.
