Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Our products are fulfilled by our trusted partners:

  • Print-on-demand items (apparel, drinkware, custom products): 2-7 business days
  • Coffee and wellness products: 2-5 business days

Processing times may vary depending on the item and current production volume.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (where available)

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Multiple Items: If you order items fulfilled by different partners (for example, a coffee product and a custom mug), they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
